Yes, we come with all cleaning supplies. However we come with one vacuum cleaner and one mop. If our cleaners need to use your vacuum cleaner to finish up faster, they may ask to use it.

No, you don’t need to be there but if you prefer to be, we can work around you.

We charge a flat $20 surchage for pets. We love your pets but sometimes their fur makes dusting and cleaning a little bit more difficult. We ask that you notify us during the booking process if you have any pets.

We understand that things come up but we would appreciate at least 24 hours notice before you cancel. We will reschedule for free depending on our availability.

Please contact Dirt Strikers within 24hrs of your cleaning if you are not satisfied with a cleaning. We will reschedule a cleaning to fix our mistake as soon as our schedule allows.

No we don’t have to. Simply fill out the questions located on our Contact Us page and we will email you a quote within 1-2 business days. Any specific questions, recommendations can be discussed by email or on the phone once you’ve received the quote.

Most of our cleaning products are eco-friendly, except some industrial agents for deep cleans. Additionally, our steam cleaners are eco-friendly by default as they only require steam and water.

We find it helpful when our clients have tidied up; laundry in the laundry basket, dishes in the dishwasher etc. However if this is not done, we will tidy up as best as we can, except for the dishes; we will clean around the sink.
