Important Updates to Our Booking, Payment, and Pricing Structure

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to inform you of a few important changes we're making at Dirt Strikers to improve your experience and streamline our processes.

1. New Booking and Payment Systems (Effective November 1st, 2024)

  • We are transitioning from our current system, Jobber, to two new systems: Acuity for scheduling and Wave for invoicing & payment processing. These platforms will help us provide more efficient and user-friendly services.

  • For payment, you'll now have the option to use Wave or send e-transfers directly to hello@dirtstrikers.com. This will give you flexibility when making payments for our services.

2. Hourly-Based Pricing (Effective January 1st, 2025)

  • We are moving from a flat-fee pricing model to a payment-per-hour system. This change allows for more accurate billing based on the time spent cleaning your home.

  • You’ll receive a separate text message explaining how this affects your specific pricing.

How does these changes affect me?

  • Acuity sends reminders via email, and only one reminder text, please check your email for information regarding your appointments

  • Your information has been transferred to our new systems. You will receive the new appointment confirmation from acuity via email over the next couple of days, before November 1st.
